The DS1662-4MS is the second generation of NORCO SAS Expand series. It is based on LSI SAS2.0 Expander chip, connected with host computer by 2*SFF8088 interface, with transmission rate up to 24Gbps. It supports single connection or redundant connection. Besides, with 2*SFF8088 JBOD interfaces supporting 3 levels expansion connection, it could connect with 256*SAS/SATA HDD at most. It is suitable for database application cope with mass data.
